Build comfortable movement choices without chasing perfect form.

  3. 03
    Build capacity

Add strength, control, and tolerance in useful ranges.

  4. 04
    Return with a plan

Progress toward the work, training, or daily demands that matter.

A few things to know before you start.

Do I need a diagnosis first?

No. An assessment helps clarify what is happening, what is safe to work on, and whether another professional should be involved.

What if I’m new to rehab or training?

That is completely workable. The plan starts from your current capacity and uses language and progressions you can follow.

How do I know which program fits?

You do not have to decide alone. Request a callback or book an assessment, and we will clarify the most useful starting point.
